The gift card project was part of a collaborative process where designers across departments met together to review individual gift card options. The team presented their own designs for generic, fall, winter, and the holiday season of 2013. Together the team narrowed down final options to be displayed in meetings where the executives chose the final card selection. Out of a team of twelve designers, five designers’ cards were selected. Four of my cards were chosen, three for the holiday season, as well as one generic. The colors and designs were chosen to focus on the Shopko customer.
